Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to manage our catering services and join our team at Sherwood forest.

You must have a passion for what you do and enjoy working in creative and practical ways. Ideally you will be hands-on person with the ability to lead and manage others and willing to participate across a range of catering provisions.

As well as taking charge of our catering operations and food preparation you will be responsible for all the kitchen administration including rosters, ordering, record keeping, stock control and catering staff training. We expect you and your team to deliver a good quality foods and service to our guests.

This is a great opportunity to work at a premier outdoor adventure activity centre.

Requirements

C&G 706 1 & 2 / NVQ Level 3 or relevant experience
Food hygiene certificate current
Experience in a high-volume catering environment
Computer literate
Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced CRB disclosure.
