Description
Wilderness Experiences is a fully registered mobile children's home offering placements for up to 10 weeks for young people both male and female aged between 10 and 18 years.

Working with us is an incredibly rewarding experience; you'll be making a real, noticeable difference to the lives of young people.

As the first registered 'Mobile' service we are able to offer a huge amount of flexibility to meet the individual needs of each young person.

You will be supporting the successful transition for each young person back into their home or new environment. When appropriate you will be working with family members to strengthen the possibility for long term success.

By utilising remote environments you will be providing alternative stimuli for high risk individuals.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience whether it is paid or voluntary of working with young.

Hold an interest and/or relevant NGB qualifications

You will be a highly motivated individual with a good level of flexibility and commitment to making a positive difference to our young people’s lives.

Organisation and participation in various outdoor activities and taking young people on various holidays is an important part of the job. An NVQ III Caring for Children and Young People and a Driving Licence is desirable
