Ewan started with Kingswood in 2003 as an Environmental Instructor after a degree in Environmental Science at Lancaster Uni. Over four years at Overstrand Hall he progressed from Environmental Instructor through to Programme Manager (via 3 promotions). He was then promoted to Assistant Centre Manager at their West Runton site in 2008 before being given his own centre in 2009.
