Description
We are looking to recruit a small team of more experienced Activity Instructors at our children’s residential Active Education centre in Lancashire.

This is an ideal role for an experienced instructor who wishes to work more closely with the Activities manager in order to further their own development whilst taking an active role in staff training.

You must have extensive experience of working with young people in a coaching role within the outdoor education industry and be keen to support and guide our guests through a wide variety of outdoor activities, whilst being sensitive to their needs and capabilities.

In addition you may be involved in staff training and monitoring, maintenance of activity equipment and staff timetabling.

Requirements
In addition to your level of experience you will ideally hold coaching qualifications in two or more outdoor activities such as; Canoeing, Climbing, Fencing, Orienteering, or Archery.
