Are you able to ensure the smooth running of a SkiBound kitchen whilst offering the highest levels of service? Part of the First Choice Group, SkiBound is a tour operator specialising in school and adult group travel. We operate seven SkiBound ClubHotels in various resorts across the French Alps. The role of Head Chef with SkiBound involves being responsible for the profitable day to day operation of the kitchen ensuring that company standards are met and customer satisfaction exceeeded.
Requirements
You must have:
· British/European passport
· UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
· NVQ or equivilant in Catering
· Proven supervisory skills
· Sound knowledge of catering and HACCP procedures
· Experience of working in a similar role
· Assertive, focused and helpful manner
