Description
As the Guest Care Manager you will play a key role in leading the guest care department which shall include the evening entertainments programme, guest accommodation, guest safety, guest supervision with a team of approx 12-15 group leaders.

You will be the main point of contact for group leaders for their programme, customer satisfaction, guest welfare to include guest behaviour.

You will be at the front line when welcoming guests to camp, meeting parents and leaders as well as departures. You will be a member of the Camp Senior team answering to the Camp Director and assisting in the overall camp operations.

A key part of your role is overseeing and training others in the delivery of a dynamic evening entertainments programme.

Requirements
You will be from a strong guest care/group leader background having worked with a vast range of children of all ages.
