Description
As the Operations Manager you shall be overall responsible for one all year round Activity Centre and up to two other Summer Camps.

You will play a major role in the pre summer camp/centre staff training.

Requirements
You will need considerable experience as a Centre Manager and/or at Operations Manager level.

You will also need to be a natural leader and people’s person, passionate in what you do with a can do attitude and a hands on approach.

You will carry bags of enthusiasm and be a positive proactive thinker.
