We are looking for a cafe supervisor to run our busy activity centre cafe. The right person would have experience in healthy homestyle cooking as well as being able to handle large breakfast orders. You will be responsible for stock control, ordering, stock rotation, maintaining the cleaning routine, keeping to food hygiene standards and completing all relevant records. You may be working alone at quieter times so experience of till use is vital.

Experience of running a kitchen to supervisor level.
Current food hygiene certificate is preferred but training can be arranged.
