CAE operates residential summer courses for international children and teenagers aged 9 to 16 years. We offer an integrated programme of language classes, afternoon activities, evening entertainment and visits, tailored to the needs of the different age groups.
All staff are residential and contribute to the academic, social and pastoral wellbeing of the students. All staff are involved on the excursion programme and assist with airport transfers. All staff receive a full Staff induction and to contribute to the feedback systems that CAE has in place.
The Course Director leads the Senior Staff team responsible for student and staff welfare and the effective delivery of the CAE residential summer courses. The Course Director is responsible for staff management, student welfare, course budgets, public relations and liaison with the Host School.
This is a management position requiring the skills of a highly organised, practical, flexible and responsible team player capable of creating and maintaining good rapport.
The Course Director is expected to be instrumental in creating a happy and hardworking atmosphere.

The Course Director must have proven experience of working with children in a residential environment. Excellent administrative, team management and IT skills are essential.
Current First Aid and Driving Qualifications and EFL experience are an advantage. |
