An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a key part of the Scout Activity Centres team.
The Scout Association operates four activity centres in the UK with this position being based at Gilwell Park which is on the edge of Epping Forest in north east London.
This position involves supporting and motivating a small team of staff some of whom will be long term volunteers. You will work alongside the team to ensure the delivery of activity sessions and programmes to a broad range of guests. Not only will you be providing excellent informal outdoor learning experiences but also providing feedback to instructing staff to ensure they develop their own skills.
