Trafford Watersports Centre is now recruiting for a Senior Instructor to join our busy and successful centre here in Manchester.
As a Senior Watersports Instructor you will work closely with the management team, ensuring the instruction & equipment are up to the governing body standards.
We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, enjoys working outdoors, has good team spirit and interacts well with adults and children. |

Applicants are expected to hold a minimum of the BCU Level 3 Kayak Coach qualification in addition to a current First Aid certificate and a full clean driving licence. Experience in the management of programmes and a small team of staff is preferred.
The successful applicant will therefore be an individual with demonstrable capability and commitment. They will have a high level of interpersonal skills and be willing to accept significant responsibility and have the ability to work on their own initiative, maintain efficiency and cost control. |
