Description
Trafford Watersports Centre is now recruiting for an assistant manager to join our busy and successful centre here in Manchester.

We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, enjoys working outdoors, has good team spirit and interacts well with adults and children.

Under the direction of the Centre Manager, you will oversee the delivery of courses in accordance with RYA & Centre operating procedures. You will also assist in more general aspects of the running of the centre, including administration and supporting the Centre Manager achieving the centre’s objectives.

Requirements
With strong communication skills, you'll be exceptional when it comes to time management and customer service. You must have high standards, be highly motivated and have excellent people skills. You’ll also be target driven with bags of initiative

Candidates are expected to hold a minimum of the RYA senior instructor qualification.
