Description
You'll have the freedom to do what you do best..managing and developing a small team of Activity Instructors ensuring that they plan and deliver quality indoor and outdoor activities to groups of children in a safe, enjoyable and professional manner.

You'll also liase with Head Office and Teachers/Party Leaders, providing activity timetables and information prior, during and post the groups stay. In addition, you will be responsible for staff rotas, training and performance management.

As a senior team member, you'll work with colleagues to ensure that your Centre operates to the quality standards expected, you'll also get involved in other aspects of running the Centre.

Requirements
What We're Looking For

Essential
You'll have experience of instructing - preferably groups of children. Just as important you'll be a motivator, confident with excellent communication skills.

Desirable
SPA (single pitch award)
