Description
As a Watersports Instructor you will work closely with groups providing advice, assistance and instruction to ensure everyone gets the most out of their JCA experience.

What You'll Be Doing

You will lead and deliver a timetable of mainly outdoor activity sessions to groups of young people, including, Kayaking, Canoeing and Boogie Boarding. You'll be an inspiration to these children so you'll need to dazzle them with your personality and teaching techniques.

You'll organise a varied evening entertainment program and activities and work as part of a close team to achieve results. As well as this, you'll be able to enjoy the outdoors, experience new adventures, learn new skills and make new friends.

Requirements
What We're Looking For

As a JCA Watersports Instructor you will hold the relevant NGB qualifications, be a real team player, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to provide quality instruction to groups of children.
