We operate a Chateau in Normandy, North/West France. The Chateau is situated in 22 acres of land and is located near the village of Molay Littry. The Chateau has 40 bedrooms (can sleep up to 200 people) with meeting rooms, library, games room, lounge area and bar. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from May), tennis court, crazy golf, mini golf and access to mountain bikes.
The General Assistant role is focused on providing exceptional cleanliness and service around the Chateau. You'll ensure that our guests are looked after in the restaurant during meal times, this will involve serving meals to guests, clearing tables between courses, polishing cutlery and glassware and the setting up of tables and buffet area. Just as important you will be responsible for the housekeeping duties around the Chateau including guest bedrooms, bathrooms and all public areas.
