In2action are working within the beautiful Canvas Holidays ‘Family Extra’ campsites and are looking for fun loving, energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated staff to deliver our activity programme. Our ‘Activity Couriers’ will work with a wide age range of guests from toddlers and 4-11 year olds, to teenagers in the summer holidays. In2action also run an action packed family programme, which gets everybody involved. Additional duties as a lifeguard may also be required at periods throughout the season.

One thing that makes In2action stand out from the crowd is our unique and exciting activity programme, which our couriers are responsible for delivering in a safe and dynamic style.  From walking on water in our human hamster balls to delivering yoga based sessions for toddlers, dressing up as cowboys in our wild, wild west session, playing crazy games in pool canoeing, or instructing snorkelling skills, no two days are ever the same for an In2action Activity Courier. 

A key part of the role will be interacting with guests through visits and activities, which is vital to ensuring that Canvas guests have the best possible holiday experience whilst on site. 

In2action provide some of THE BEST ACTIVITY TRAINING IN THE UK, including some NGB qualifications. Try something different this summer and join our In2action Team! 

The families on site will be primarily from the UK and Holland, so we require a combination of English and Dutch speaking staff. You must be confident in your ability to work and live abroad for the period of your contract


In2action train staff in all aspects of the role. Some experience working with children/adults is desirable.

You will need to be aged 18 or over, have a full passport that has at least 12 months before renewal is required and be eligible to work in the UK.

You must be confident in your ability to work and live abroad on a campsite for the period of your contract.


If you're aged 18 or over, enjoy sports and activities, have an ability to work with kids and adults, and are motivated by working in a fun outdoor environment then In2action may be what you're looking for.


In2action work closely with Canvas Holidays to deliver an exciting activity programme for children and adults, on 18 of their most popular family campsites.

We want all staff to be as 'multi-skilled' as possible, so to achieve this all our team members, whatever their position, receive extensive, high quality training from some of the top coaches in the UK.

Whether it's inflatable canoeing or face painting, In2action olympics, snorkelling or pirates treasure hunt, we'll ensure you have the skills and confidence necessary to deliver great experiences across all age ranges. For certain activities this will also mean you gaining nationally recognised qualifications.

We don't just concentrate on activities. You'll also receive certificated Child Welfare tuition along with guest care and other role specific training designed to ensure you have all the skills to do your job confidently, safely and to the highest possible standards. All training is provided free of charge and takes place both in the UK and at your campsite, prior to you working with guests.

We firmly believe our training is some of the best available.

The Family Extra campsites are situated in some of the most beautiful locations throughout France, Italy and Switzerland. All the sites have a fantastic range of facilities, and offer a wide variety of unique and exciting activities to suit all age groups from toddlers to grandparents. The In2action team will ensure the days and evenings are packed full, with not a moment left to spare
