Description


As the Centre Manager of our Poole Park Centre you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre.

You will be responsible for a small team of staff at a busy, public facing centre offering equipment hire, taster sessions, and running courses for school groups, in a safe, efficient and fun manner.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

Accounts
Staff Personnel:
Activity Supervision
Safety:
Maintenance
Customer Service

Requirements

You should have leadership experience. Ideally the right candidate will have experience working in a activity/ Watersports centre and hold senior Watersports qualifications. With experience teaching, Kayaking, Windsurfing and Sailing.

You will need to be a hard working, motivated, flexible and professional person, who will lead by example. You must hold a Full UK driving licence
