Are you an energetic, enthusiastic Level 3 Kayak Coach?

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, well motivated, full time, Head Coach - preferably with an understanding of the school education system.

You will be leading a team of voluntary and professional coaches.

Requirements

Coaching qualifications to at least BCU (British Canoe Union) Coach level 3.
First Aid qualification .
Experience of undertaking risk assessments.
Experience of coaching young people, ideally in a range of environments including schools/ clubs/ youth clubs /community settings.
Experience of coaching in school / club link schemes.
Experience of working in / with the voluntary sports sector .

We run canoe and kayak courses, multi activity days, corporate events, after school clubs, parties, trips, regattas and much more. We work closely with schools and many other youth and adult organisations.
