Go Ape are looking for Instructors for our site in Sherwood Forest for the 2015 Season.

Requirements

We are looking for hard working and friendly adventure types with excellent customer service experience to ensure all our customers have an adventure to remember- every time they visit us. As a member of the tribe you will have the opportunity to work up in the treetops of the spectacular Forest. But more importantly you will be committed to delivering the Go Ape experience of ‘living life adventurously’ and motivating people to swap ‘I can’t’ for ‘I can’. And of course, you get to have fun. A lot of fun!

INSTRUCTOR JOBS:

If you’re enthusiastic, great with customers and feel as strongly as we do about encouraging others to live life more adventurously, then Go Ape is perfect for you.

DEPUTY MANAGER JOBS:

As Go Ape expands and adds additional activities at many of its sites we have created the new role of Deputy Manager. The Deputy will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure successful running of the site and meeting of targets. This may include any aspect of site operation including staff, equipment, facilities, health and safety, customer-care administration local marketing.

CUSTOMER ACTIVITY ADMINISTRATOR: 

Join the tribe as their new Customer Activity Administrator. You’ll be the first point of call for all customers visiting the site and will be there to ensure the highest level of activity delivery throughout the operational day. You’ll be checking customers in, selling merchandise, responsible for the recording of site checks and radio logs and you will work closely with the Site/Duty Manager daily. The role will require you to demonstrate a high standard of communication skills, have an excellent understanding of IT systems and experience of various operating systems. As Customer Activity Administrator you will need to show high levels of enthusiasm in customer care to give the customer an experience to remember, every time they visit.
