We are now recruiting Activity Managers and Senior Instructors for our following centres:

Cala Llevado, Spain – For Spain we require an Activity Manager and a Senior Instructor with a RYA Senior Dinghy Qualification and/or their UKCC level 2.

Hauteville sur Mer, Northern France - For Hauteville we are looking for experienced applicants with an SPA qualification or a UKCC Level 2.

Royal Oak, Brecon Beacons, Wales - Our centre based on Llangorse Lake needs an Activity Manager and a Senior Instructor with a minimum of a UKCC Level 2 qualification.

Tan Troed, Brecon Beacons, Wales – Our camp based in Llangorse requires an Activity Manager and a Senior Instructor with an SPA qualification and High Ropes experience.

Ardres, Northern France - For Ardres we are looking for experienced applicants with a UKCC Level 2 and ideally a SPA qualification (Or extensive High Ropes experience)

Villeneuve, Italy – For Villeneuve we are looking for experienced applicants with an SPA qualification and/or their UKCC Level 2


The Senior Instructor role ideal for experienced activity instructors with a proven supervisory background. Reporting to the Activity Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of either the Sailing / Windsurf, Paddlesports or Climbing & Land activities, from training and monitoring the instructional staff team to regular checks of activity equipment.


This Activity Manager role is ideal for an experienced senior or chief activity instructor with a proven supervisory background looking to progress in the outdoor industry.
Your leadership and organisational qualities will be tested to the full as you will be responsible for the instructional staff team, their training and monitoring the safe and effective delivery of the activity programmes at the centre.

As well as the qualifications listed above - 

  • Supervisory or management experience in the outdoor industry
  • Experience of activity programming
  • Experience of training
  • 21 yrs+ for senior positions


All of our senior staff participate in a comprehensive training programme at our centre in the Brecon Beacons and then travel out to set up their centres with the rest of the senior team prior to guests arriving. We are looking for people who can commit to working the full season. 



You must be available to work on the 1st April 2015. All applicants must have a UK/EU passport, UK residential address, a permanent UK National Insurance number and a UK bank account. A current Enhanced DBS Check is required for successful applicants.
