Description
We are looking for someone with a passion for the Outdoors to join us as a Training Co-ordinator delivering NVQs, Key Skills, and Technical Certificates to our Level 2/3 learners.
Our Outdoor Recreation division offers qualifications such as Activity Leadership, Customer Service and general Management to instructors and managers employed across the UK.
In return we offer a substantial employee package which includes 18K-22K salary, induction program, pension and health scheme, CPD package and digital resources to carry out the job successfully.
Requirements
Essential Skills include:
- Three year generic management experience
- Knowledge of generic training and development
- Ability to manage self in isolation
- Strong organisation, planning and administration skills
Desirable Qualifications include:
- TAQA/A1 Award/Teaching qualification (PTLLS/Cert Ed.)
- NVQ and Key Skill awareness
- Experience of Instructing/coaching children
- An awareness or interest of outdoor recreation
