As an Activity Instructor you will organise and deliver sessions in a wide variety of activities, including canoeing, kayaking and rock climbing! You will instruct groups of all ages and abilities and ensure the needs of the client are met by upholding effective communication and most importantly, making sure everyone has fun!

You will assist with the planning and delivery of training sessions, ensuring they are in line with agreed objectives, consistent with the physical abilities of the group and the National Governing Body Objectives and to ensure that all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience so that they will want to visit again!

We offer an extensive training programme where you have the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and qualifications to deliver the best sessions possible! You are required to maintain facilities and equipment, in line with defined standards and to inspect equipment prior to use, and at regular intervals, to ensure safe and effective operation.
