Would you like to spend your summer with a great team, in a fun and rewarding job, in a supportive environment within a family-run school?

We are looking for lively, outgoing Activity Leaders with the ability to lead, engage and motivate international students aged 13 to 17.

Among other things the job involves meeting our students at Heathrow and bringing them to Weymouth, accompanying them on their busy programme of activities, ensuring they are safe and dealing with any problems they may have.

Evening and weekend work is involved.

The successful applicant will have:

  • an interest in working with young people
  • an outgoing and bubbly personality; happy to present talent shows etc.
  • enthusiasm and ability to motivate young people
  • a professional manner
  • good teamwork
  • attention to detail

Accommodation on a self-catering basis will be provided if required.


No formal skills are required but an outgoing personality and an interest in working with young people are essential. Enthusiasm and a positive personality is a must, as is a sense of responsibility and the ability to deal with any problems which may arise.

  • All staff are required to sign a Declaration of Suitability to work with under 18s
  • Any candidates with a non EU passport must be able to prove that they have the right to work in the UK
