Description

As Senior Activity Instructor you will lead by example, acting a role model for both staff and guests. You will work closely with the deputy manager to plan and deliver staff training, review and monitor sessions, check and maintain equipment and ensure all relevant paperwork is up to date.

You will have a passion for the outdoors and be able to demonstrate exceptional session delivery skills.
You will also be a key member of the centre leadership team, helping direct and lead the centre to become the best in class. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress to senior level or those with previous experience in the role who seek to work in a fun and dynamic environment.

This post requires frequent weekend and evening work and the ability to work flexibly to the needs of the business.

This role is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.  This means that due to the nature of some of the duties, we are entitled to ask about any spent or unspent convictions.  This role has unsupervised access to children and young people.  Under the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records), the role is eligible for a disclosure check which is enhanced with barred list.
